Haru Hayashi was a corporate Creative Specialist struggling to keep up with her job’s demands. Frustrated and unable to think, she took a trip to the woods; one that would prove to be fateful and change the entire trajectory of her life. She encunters a trio of poachers that threaten an endangered species. Without even a second thought or even stopping to put on any clothes, Haru races to save the endangered Silkcoats.

This act of heroism awakened the ancient forest spirit Shinrin who bestows upon Haru the title of the new Spirit of Koisakubanashi Forest. Now she serves as the protector of the forest and its surrounding towns. But, first, she must survive three armed poachers. Can she do it? And will she succeed at her mission to be the forest’s protector and hero to the people?
